Hangala Properties (Pty) Ltd (Hangala), teamed up with VIVO Energy Namibia (Pty) Ltd (VIVO) to form a company called HAVI Properties (Pty) Ltd which was established to construct an upmarket building in Windhoek. The building consists of both commercial (VIVO HOUSE) and residential apartments (PAWA PLAZA) and both Hangala and VIVO own it 50-50.
After the groundbreaking ceremony on 17th May 2018, construction was completed mid-2020.
The building is situated at 333 Sam Nujoma Drive, Klein Windhoek, behind the East End Shell service station. This building is also the Head office of both Hangala Group and VIVO Energy Namibia.
The VIVO HOUSE is managed by Hangala Property Management (Pty) Ltd.
